Laser Workshop Chapmanic Ltd.

1 hour Soft Tissue Laser Workshop with Diode (810nm) & CO2 (10,600nm) lasers

Come along and learn about lasers. Our 1 hour laser workshops will guide you through: what lasers do; which wavelengths of lasers are best for either cutting or therapy (Photo Bio Modulation or PBM) and what the role of frequency is when it comes to reducing carbonisation.

Each session will be broken down into 3 x 20 minute sections. The workshop will start with an introduction to lasers followed by 2 hands on opportunities. The audience will be split into 2 groups and each group will then spend 20 minutes with either the Dawn light Diode laser (810nm) or an ML15 CO2 laser (10,600nm) before swopping over for the final 20 minutes of the session.

At the end of the Workshop. participants should understand:

  • What the difference is between a Diode laser and a CO2 laser
  • How high frequency impacts the cutting laser beam
  • What to look for in Laser Safety Glasses
  • The practical differences between a Diode and a CO2 laser

Whilst there isn’t time for questions during the Workshop, the Chapmanic team, in their distinctive Red Shirts, are available to answer your questions anytime at the Chapmanic Laser Supplies booth as well as during breaks.

Maximum 30 participants
