The first International Tongue-Tie congress, TongueTime 2026, took place from January 15 to 17, 2026, at the Olma Exhibition Center in St. Gallen and was a complete success. 650 professionals from 45 countries gathered in St. Gallen for three days of intensive discussion on the latest findings and practical approaches in the field of tongue-tie and orofacial health.

High-caliber lectures, hands-on workshops, and ample opportunity for personal exchange made the program particularly valuable. The atmosphere was characterized by openness, a willingness to learn, and international networking.

“TongueTime thrives on open exchange and the willingness to learn from one another. It is precisely this international networking that makes the conference so valuable. My sincere thanks go to all participants and speakers who, through their openness and commitment, made this international networking possible,” said Dr. Ralf Dornieden, initiator of TongueTime 2026.

With TongueTime, Dr. Ralf Dornieden brought to life the idea of creating an international platform that strengthens interdisciplinary exchange, connects professionals, and provides space for collaborative learning. The goal of the conference is to share knowledge across national and professional boundaries, promote dialogue between academia and practice, and foster sustainable collaborations.
